Ongoing bookkeeping, reconciliations, month-end close, and accounting cleanup; financial statements, management reporting, and cash-flow analysis; payables, receivables, invoicing, vendor processes, and payroll accounting support; accounting system setup and business formation assistance; and budgeting, forecasting, controller support, and internal controls. It starts with an intro call of up to 30 minutes. From there we understand your business and priorities, identify where clearer information or stronger processes can help, design a tailored scope with clear responsibilities, and support you as the agreed solution is put in place.
How much does it cost?
Every engagement is scoped individually, so the cost depends on what you need and how often you need it. We’ll discuss scope and fees once we understand your situation.
Who will I be working with?
BA Services US is led by Estefanía Bravo, who has more than 15 years of accounting experience across the U.S. and Latin America, including work with remote-first companies, SaaS businesses, and high-growth startups. Her background covers full-cycle accounting, month-end close, multi-currency accounting, and coordination with external auditors. We’re based in New York, with offices in Barcelona and Buenos Aires, and we work in English and Spanish.
Can you work with my current team and systems?
Yes. We work alongside your existing team and tools rather than asking you to start over. Our experience includes QuickBooks, Xero, and NetSuite, and we’ll confirm what fits your setup on the intro call.
Do you prepare income taxes or give legal advice?
No. Income-tax preparation, legal advice, assurance, and attestation are outside our scope. We’d rather say so up front, so you know exactly what to expect from us.
What happens to the information I send you?
